Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to ensure the product remains in pristine condition during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
